1. General Terms

1.1 By registering an account or using KHProp.com in any way, you agree to be legally bound by this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our website.

1.2 This agreement applies to all users, including individual property seekers, real estate agents, agencies, developers, and other contributors or visitors.

1.3 KHProp reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

2.1 Upon registration, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2 You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information and to update such information as needed.

2.3 KHProp reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, misuse, or breach of this Agreement.

2.4 You agree not to:

• Use our services for illegal, unethical, or deceptive purposes;
• Impersonate others;
• Upload or share content that is misleading, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights;
• Scrape, copy, or republish our content or listings without written permission.

3. Property Listings and Contributions

3.1 By submitting any content (including property listings, images, text, or other materials), you confirm that you:

• Have the legal right and authority to post such content;
• Grant KHProp a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your content on KHProp.com and affiliated platforms;
• Will not submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful.

3.2 KHProp reserves the right to edit, remove, or refuse any content at its discretion without explanation.

4. Privacy and Data Usage

4.1 Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

4.2 By using KHProp.com, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

4.3 KHProp may send you notifications, updates, or promotional materials via email or SMS. You may opt out at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content on KHProp.com, including logos, layout, graphics, and code, is the property of KHProp or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

5.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of our platform or content without our written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 KHProp provides the platform “as is” and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of listings or services.

6.2 KHProp is not responsible for any loss or damage, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the platform.

6.3 KHProp is not a real estate agency. We do not guarantee the conduct of users, agents, or accuracy of listed properties. Always exercise due diligence before making transactions.

7. Account Termination

7.1 KHProp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of this Agreement, unlawful conduct, or inactivity.

7.2 You may delete your account or request data deletion by contacting support@khprop.com. We will confirm completion within 30 days.

8. Third-Party Content and Links

8.1 Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. KHProp is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of external sites.

8.2 Inclusion of third-party links does not imply endorsement.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cambodian courts.
